Mid-day Refresher
Our personal trainers can provide stretching, gentle exercise and breathing techniques designed to refresh and revitalise the body and mind. The Mid-day Refresher can be booked in at any stage of your conference day.

Group Training
Why not get your team together for some de-stressing and stimulating activities at our Chuan Spa facilities? Teams can be split into different areas of training which include - fitness centre training, aqua training, stretching and core stability using our health facilities and pool deck. These activities can easily be incorporated into your day either before, during or after conferencing.

Mini Spa Break
Offer conference delegates some time to de-stress with a mini hand or shoulder massage from our expert Chuan Spa therapists. Therapists can come directly to the meeting venue to provide treatments during meal break periods as a surprise treat! Pre-bookings are required and can be made by contacting Chuan Spa directly or through your Event Co-ordinator.
