If you need more guidance using the fitness equipment or extra motivation to achieve your goals, a personal trainer can help boost your knowledge and confidence.

Our team of professional personal trainers are available on an individual session or course basis.

Your personal trainer can advise you on the number of sessions best suited to your requirements and achieving your goals. They will guide you through each step of your new lifestyle, setting up workouts for the week, planning your nutrition, fitness assessment, monitoring your progress and providing detailed reports on every aspect of your health and fitness.

The initial session is divided in to three sections: Fitness Assessment, Programme Design and Training Session.

Your Personal Trainer works with you to set goals and then checks / records key areas of your fitness and general health. A programme is designed, based on your aspirations and the results of the fitness assessment. Your personal trainer then guides you through a one-to-one training session focusing on technique, posture and overall level of fitness.

David Cory Toussaint - Personal Trainer
David studied for a Bachelor of Science majoring in Sports and Exercise Science at The University of Auckland and has an extensive sporting background. This experience along with his knowledge of health and exercise allows David to keep his clients engaged through a specific, well-balanced exercise selection coupled with his dedication to see people succeed.

Specialties: Exercise rehabilitation, strength conditioning, event specific preparation/race day/post, sports specific, weight loss, running training, group training

James Earls - Personal Trainer
James studied Sport and Fitness Education at Unitec, Auckland, during which time he volunteered his fitness expertise to the New Zealand Fire Service. James then worked for 3.5 years in the gym environment. James' passion and vigour will be instrumental in helping you maintain the motivation necessary to achieve your exercise and fitness goals.
