Earth governs our spleen, stomach, muscles, mouth, lips and sense of taste. The emotions it conveys tend to be worry and over analysis. You may prefer mornings, late summer, damp, sweet flavours and the colour yellow.
 Located on Level 2 of Cordis, Auckland are Chuan Spa's heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi - the perfect way to unwind and recharge your batteries. The Chuan Spa Fitness Studio is also located here. Chuan Spa Fitness Studio Our Chuan Spa Fitness Studio offers four exercise areas - cardio, free weights, machine weights and a stretching area. The state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment includes 3 x Kinesis stations (Chest Press, High Pull and Step/Squat), 4 x treadmills, 3 x Vario X-Trainers and 2 exercise bikes. Each piece of Cardio equipment has a built-in 15-17" LCD TV screen with iPOD docking station, games and access to the Internet, allowing you to enjoy your favourite music or games as you work out. Health Club members also enjoy access to Chuan Spa's heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Personal Training Casual personal training sessions are available on request. Please see Chuan Spa Concierge to arrange your session, and allow 24 hours' notice. Swimming Pool Perched on the rooftop is our stunning 12.36 metre outdoor swimming pool, heated year round to 27 degrees Celsius. The pool deck is lined with luxurious pool loungers and palm trees, with a heated Jacuzzi to melt your stress away. Changing Room After your work-out, retreat to our well-equipped changing rooms to enjoy the sauna, herbal steam rooms, ice experience and snail shower.
